Error Message: Message popup shows when an additional family member tried to join their career jobs “We have a new opening after from quit their jobs”

I have six family members (actually they will form the 6-members KPOP band 
living together and I spawned them gradually so I could arrange their careers and gain their skills one by one in a well manners. I had no problem with the first four members who are all active Rockie Trainees under Adam Entertainment. When I tried to assign career to my fifth member as a Rockie Trainee, the above error message appeared and they couldn’t join the careers at all.
I had the workaround like this and they all work now but my question would be “Do we have any limitation to the same career jobs if they are from the same family? I know we can play up to 8 members for a family. Why I cannot assign all of them for the same jobs?”
My workaround is that I moved the fifth and sixth members out of my family and formed a separate unit. They can now find their dream job now. But I have to switch across two family when they are being trained at the same office the same time.
