Cahaya Ocean not showing up

I just updated my game and when I loaded into my save file that was based in Cahaya the ocean was not loading in. I have my graphic settings on medium and Smart zoi on my FPS I changed to 55 and turned off aging and dynamic Physique but everything else is the default settings. I have yet been able to figure out how to get the Ocean to load in again,

That happened to me several times. The only option I had was to exit the game and launch it again, it works for me.

I know this is an old bug report but the problem is the same.

I have never seen this one before and i have just reinstalled the game

What is going on with the ocean?

My zoi’s just moved to the senyap property.

Anyone got any idea what i can do besides verify the gamefiles and clearing the pso cache ?

Does the ocean re-appear once you exit the game and restart again, as suggested in this workaround?

Sorry for not getting back sooner

I tried the exit restart before clearing the cache and verifying the gamefiles

but it didn’t work so i figured i was going to try something else and i allowed my zoi’s travel to Blissbay and when they came back to Cahaya guess what ? The ocean was back :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :tada:

Maybe Blissbay borrowed it who knows ( i am just happy it’s back)

I am not sure what happened because i have never seen it this happening before but one my zoi’s got inspired so now he will write a book about it. :pen: :ok_hand:

I’m glad it’s finally back. Maybe it simply needed a vacation for a moment :smiley:

Everything works fine now though.

Cahaya is amazingly beautiful and the whole island is so well crafted , the scenory is spectacular from the beach and it’s so soothing :cherry_blossom:

This happens to me frequently the only way i can get it to come back is go to the lobby then back into the save and the ocean magically appears again
