  I can’t move Zoe to Cahaya. It says there’s a DLC but I need to install it (everything was fine before). The game files are intact.

This happened to me too, until I realized I only downloaded and installed the Update, not the DLC.

You can check if you installed the ‘Island Getaway’ DLC in your steam library

And also ingame, if you don’t see any objects with the Palm Tree Icon, you haven’t installed the DLC yet.

I don’t have a DLC tab on Steam T.T

Go to the Steam Store page and search for inZOI, the DLC should show up, then click on it and download/install

Yes, I already checked in the store and it says “loaded”. The thing is, I have the interior items from the add-on, but I only don’t have access to the city :’(

Oh, now everything is fine, I disabled cloud storage in Steam and the automatic download of DLC started, thanks for the help!
