Zoi 1 got a Mortgage loan and couldn’t pay it off and died or moved out. (I can’t remember which one it was.)
Zoi 2 came into the site where Zoi 1 lived and some items were seized despite having nothing to do with Zoi 1.
(Below is a screenshot of Zoi 2. Despite paying off the loan, it has a seizure notice.) (The loan is Mortgage that Zoi 2 received at her previous home.)
Zoi 2 can’t even pay interest because it’s not Mortgage that Zoi 2 received.
