Cooked food can not be placed in Cold Tank Refrigerator

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): Windows 11 10.0.26100, AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti v7700, 32GB RAM, 1.81TB storage

  • Error Message (optional): You cannot use this

  • Steps to Reproduce:

  • Obtain the cold tank refrigerator (its an unlockable item (i forget how I unlocked it, must be from achieving a particular cooking level. My zoi is only cooking level 5).

  • Make mango sweet rice (level 0 dish), grab a serving , after eating try to put the rest inside the Cold Tank Refrigerator, you will get the error. I also tried with dumplings and got the same error. I also bought a different fridge (the smart edition refrigerator) and had no issue placing both dishes in that

  • Steps to Reproduce: Put a cooked food item in the “Cold Tank Refrigerator”

  • Please provide the entire save file(s) from the date when the issue occurred.

With the other refrigerators it works without any problem. And the message “full to the brim” when I have no stock in it is strange.

Hi @zoiAddic and @isy29, the issue you reported has been confirmed and added to the Known Issues notice!

When attempting to store food in the Cold Tank refrigerator, an ‘You cannot use this’ error message may appear and the food cannot be stored. (9/19)

We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes.

Hi @zoiAddic, Good news! The issue you mentioned was fixed in the October update.
Take a look at the patch notes for more info, and if it pops up again, please tell us!
