Hello, I have no clue how I’m supposed to receive/redeem the Postcards from Cahaya Cooler item after participating. I joined the event, and they said that the item would be distributed after a certain date, but I never received the item.
I don’t even remember if there was a code to redeem it or not, but I never received any of it, and I can’t find any place to find a code (if there is one) on my Krafton account, my email, or the event page.
Could someone please help?
I have the cooler ingame but I forgot if I got a code or if it got unlocked

Thank you, I will try that. I cannot believe I missed the Cahaya beach towel. Apparently, there was a Twitch drop for it a week ago for those who didn’t go to Gamescom, but they didn’t announce anything about that or how to claim it 
Sigh.
I wish they would just give these items to all players within a set number of months or something because it’s getting annoying having to chase all these bonus items.
