I joined all the summer events and got every reward except the Cahaya cooler.
My correspondence with tech support started on September 19th and still hasn’t ended.
The first one was a request #20054094, where I was told to wait until the end of the week, and it was closed.
And the second one is No. 20083734.But I still don’t have the Cahaya cooler.
At this point, it feels like I’m not asking for a simple cooler but for Korean citizenship.
It may seem like a small thing, but it’s really frustrating. I used to play every day, I have 577 hours in the game. Now I only log in to check if the cooler has finally appeared — and then log right out. I’ve completely lost the desire to play.
And one more thing… Why is there a similar cooler in the game, but it doesn’t work?
Are we players really so different from each other?
Honestly, I’d settle even for that one, if it actually functioned.
Non-functional items in the game, which I used to see as a hint that they’d become usable later, now just annoying.

Hey, I had a similar issue and contacted support, but they were able to resolve it for me, so let me ask, did they ask you for your UID and Krafton Email? Did they forward you to the correct people? That’s what they did for me, and then I got the cooler, but it took days.
How long has it been since your 2nd ticket, and have you gotten any response yet? Sometimes, it takes a long while for a response because they are handling many tickets and similar issues.
As for your last point, I’d like to think they will add functionality to the old cooler eventually. You can always suggest it in the wishlist or the Discord. It’s probably an oversight. They said they wanted to add more functionality to those objects before.
Yes, I sent them all this in both the first request and the second.
And I even sent a screenshot of the participant in the event, because they asked for it.
They even asked me to send a video from the game where I scroll through items for the street in construction mode.
What else should I send them? I can show that all the household appliances in my real house is Korean.

I also have this problem, I received everything except for the cooler. Saw that other people had this problem too. Feels kind of sad when you do all the things that are required and then people still don’t get it.
I’ve played 313 hours. And I think I also fulfilled all the conditions to get this refrigerator (but maybe I didn’t understand everything because of the artificial translation from English/Korean into Russian). And this particular mini fridge is not as important to me as the injustice - there is a similar mini fridge in the game, but it does not have any functions. It’s very disappointing in the game. Because of such little things, all the desire to play disappears. I’m sad.
They might be handling a lot of requests at the same time. It seems a lot of us contacted them about this issue. If they don’t reach back out in another day, I’d send another reply to them.
I don’t think they will leave this issue unresolved. Make a support ticket and keep in contact. I know they do have codes for those who couldn’t get it through the automatic distribution way, so all hope is not lost.
I didn’t send a screenshot. I just forgot, and when I remembered, it was too late And now I won’t have a fridge. It’s unfair! I love this game, I’ve played for 803 hours, why not just give this fridge to everyone? It’s so simple!
I don’t agree that it would be unfair, if the items were added later into the game for everyone. Then we who participated got them before everyone else. (except for me not getting the cooler)
But I also feel sad for people who might have been on vacation at the time and couldn’t partake or just missed it.
I agree it would be unfair for those who won. They are prizes, after all. But honestly, as someone who has participated and won items, I wouldn’t mind if they were given to everyone after 6-12 months or so. That would be enough space for players to still want to participate and get the items early, while also giving the opportunity for all players to enjoy the items at a much later date.
To be honest, I wouldn’t make an effort to participate in the events if I got the prizes anyway, even if I’d have to wait a few months
That’s a huge motivation and inZOI wants as many of us to participate and spread the word.
Well, that’s why I didn’t suggest a few months. I said 6 months to 1 year. That is plenty time to motivate people to participate for items they genuinely do want and not for those they can wait for, while ensuring everyone gets a chance to have the items eventually. I definitely would’ve still participated for early access to that cooler because my current Zoi would love it.
I would send them another ticket… This is very strange. But if that doesn’t work, your last resort might be to see if anyone has an unused Gamescom Inzoi Cahaya Code they are willing to give you, because that includes the cooler, the Cahaya Beach Towel, and any other Summer Cahaya event items.
Apparently they don’t care.
There is no need for a new ticket, I have supplemented the old one.
I don’t know anyone who could share the Gamescom Inzoi Cahaya Code with me. Moreover, this is not their concern, it is the concern of those who no longer care about the player.
I mean create a new ticket to restart/jumpstart the conversation, and name the ticket a subject that calls out the lack of support for the other tickets. It’s worth a try, and it’s better than just assuming they don’t care, saying nothing more, and waiting for nothing to happen. Support was rather quick and very kind with me, so maybe the ticket just got lost in the noise. I had suggested doing this before, but I assume you did not do it.
As for getting a code, try asking in the subreddit, or just keep an eye out there. Some people were recently giving out Gamescom codes for grabs. Otherwise, I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you
