I mean create a new ticket to restart/jumpstart the conversation, and name the ticket a subject that calls out the lack of support for the other tickets.

As I said, I have two tickets, and I raised one of them again today. I think they’ll see it after all.
If I open a new one, I’ll have to explain everything all over again and send countless screenshots and videos.
