I’ve been playing around with the character studio recently and noticed that the Zoi’s head shape doesn’t look quite the same in gameplay as it does in the studio.
While I do understand that the lighting is different and that the studio allocates all resources to the Zoi, the proportions—particularly the top of the head compared to the jawline—still appear slightly altered during gameplay in my opinion.
Hi there! There is truly a difference between CAZ and in-game faces in terms of how lighting falls on the face, and sometimes it can look a bit awkward. Good news is the dev team has already made bunch of improvements for this in the previous updates, so this is an issue that is definitely on their radar. Hopefully we get a new improvement with the October update!
Same here.
This is so exhausting for me since I’m having such a hard time getting them to look like I imagine them. They are my OCs and I’m faceblind.
I know they look ‘wrong’ but most of the time I’m not sure what to change to get it ‘right’ and them also looking different ingame drives me nuts ö.Ö’
It takes me hours and hours going back and forth (really).
left CAS - right ingame
Even I can see that his mouth, the eyes, the chin and the head are different.
omg and him - his preset also was assymetrical and I only made it worse and worse
Looks like a total different person ingame anyway.
Luckily I found an older preset from before this madness and I could cast it on him.
But it was far, far worse before the CustomZoi cheat.
I had 5 different versions of him standing next to each other and didn’t know which one to keep omg.
that makes two of us! it has been driving me crazy with back-and-forth editing the past few days, so much so that I just had to post about it here just to make sure I’m not obsessing over little details
