I have a NPC’s fish on the air, I don’t know how but i can’t delete it on edit city mode and can’t put in bag or pick up or clean up in life mode actually can’t click anything on fish. it’s annoying me and the fish is spoiling.
I had the same thing happen in the same location. Actually, there were 3 floating fish, one for each typical NPC fishing site. Funny when NPCs fish there and a mystery floating fish is sticking through their body.
I never found a proper fix, the fish just disappeared after a few game days. I’m not sure if it was just the passage of time, or that a patch for the game was released and that somehow reset the game world in some manner. So maybe give it a few days and see what happens.
Sorry I couldn’t provide better help, it’s the joys of Early Access!
Maybe - if it’s possible to build a room there - building a small room around it and hope when you delete the room, the fish gets deleted with the room?
I have the same problem. I haven’t tried building the objects into a room yet but earlier I did try resetting the lot and that did not help. I have floating trash bags at the yoga place in the temple area of Cahaya. They can’t be removed in build mode and the delete tool doesn’t work either. I also tried placing another trash bin, but the zois still can’t interact with them.
I have this problem with fish as well, both on the piers and the fishing spots in the park.
Nope, this happens randomly once a situation calls for it. I didn’t save and reload for it to happen. I had never closed my game the first time it happened, when in Cahaya. It just started raining, and the umbrellas appeared. All the fishing piers have the fish.
The umbrellas disappear once it stops raining. The paper bags disappear after a while since the random lost paper bag situation isn’t forever. Then they return after these situations come back.
Trash bags, I assume, happen once a trash can has been filled in the world. But I can’t empty the trash can nor can I delete the bag in the air.
Pretty sure the floating fish happen after NPCs in the areas catch them. It never happens in the open sea or the Deserted Island where NPCs don’t fish.
