From Simulation Game to Architectural Tool

I believe that Inzoi has the potential to be not only a great simulation game but also a powerful tool for architectural design. To achieve this, the game doesn’t necessarily need a large number of new features—just a few key improvements. Here are my suggestions:

  1. Measurement Display

    • Allow players to see measurements not only when building walls, but also when placing doors, windows, and furniture.

    • For example, being able to see the exact distance from a door to surrounding walls would make construction more precise.

  2. 2D Floor Plan Mode

    • Add the possibility to design buildings using a top-down 2D floor plan view.

    • This would make it easier to plan layouts, align objects accurately, and create more detailed architectural designs.

  3. Scalable Objects

    • Add the option to resize doors, windows, and furniture.

    • This would allow users to recreate their real homes or design highly customized layouts.

  4. First-Person Exploration

    • Introduce a first-person view mode, where players can walk through their house.

    • Enable interaction with objects, such as opening the fridge, switching on lights, or turning on the TV, to bring spaces to life.

  5. Construction Mode Enhancements

    • Allow “Zois” to be placed as decorative elements in construction mode to simulate realistic scenes.

    • Provide different “backgrounds” or environments (e.g., neighborhoods, cityscapes, countryside) so that houses feel surrounded by life.

With these additions, Inzoi could evolve into a hybrid between a life simulator and a design application, appealing not only to gamers but also to people interested in architecture and interior design.I
