Hi I’d like to know how many in game mods are too many? I have 32 installed is this too many? My game has been crashing since putting mods in my game and it is difficult to know what mod is broken, all of them are updated but it seems to lag on the main menue screen where the cat will look distorted slightly

Hello there!

Does your game run well with them? I believe you have too many indeed, dont quote me on this but I believe the current limit is 20 (I hope we will be able to have more in the future)

Do you have mods that affect gameplay? Such the one for weather? Try removing these firts.

Also, you can check how “big“ the mods are, and take out the ones that are way too big, as they might have been made with the wizard, which in some cases causes issues

Hi there, I only have hairs and clothing mods that’s all.

I see! Then it is probably the number, when I am testing my mods it usually starts lagging once I go over 20. If I reach 30 that is a crash guaranteed, sadly

I’ve temporarily disabled mods (uninstalled them) I’m having a problem with 3d print objects crashing my game, either that or it’s my laptop :frowning: I just wish I could play the game. It seems like the only way to play is without any content at all.

I’m sorry to hear that! I know it can be frustrating but if you want to get rid of the 3D objects so that you can at least play, I have a small tutorial. The game it quite entertaining as it is, and even though adding custom content is always fun there’s a lot of cute content currently, both in clothing and furniture.

We’re getting a lot new clothing for the october update, some halloween costumes, probably some furniture, and also a cheat that will allow us to use debug items, which will add a lot of usable items to our list.
