Steps to Reproduce: change weather to ‘rain’ or ‘heavy rain’ while in top-down view
(Tagging this as ‘ui’ and ‘animation’ because I can’t find a ‘graphics’ option.
In top-down view, raindrops show up inside buildings and splash on the ground as in the attached screenshot. You can see that I’m zoomed in quite close, so that’s not the issue, and it wasn’t happening before the update. It goes away in 3rd-person view, but I play mostly in top-down and it actually gets in the way of gameplay quite a bit, especially during the ‘heavy rain’ disaster. Please fix ASAP.
