Same. I was about to report this issue.
It happens to any households in any cities. New saves and old saves, same issue.
Everyone didn’t clean their plates, sometimes they picked it up and put it back on the tables.
Tried to call maid service to help cleaning, but they also didn’t clean and wash the plates. Maids only cleaning the floor.
I saw the same thing when I was walking around Cahaya. The NPCs buy rainbow ice cream and leave a bunch of empty plates on the table.
I get this as well. Even when you try to make them clean up, they get distracted and do something else. I’ve started deleting them in build mode now.
It’s the same with dirty nappies (diapers), they’ll be left all over the house.
This was already an issue before the update on community lots and streets. Left behind plates, trash, fish umbrellas, toys… And now it gets even worse.
Until there is a fix, can these objects just get automatically deleted after a few hours?
