Details: 4/11/2025 I can see my toddler only when i click on his i con but when i click on my adult zoi, the toddler is missing from the crib and i cannot interact with the crib.
Families that include a newborn or infant may be able to move to a new property.
→ Moves should be restricted if a newborn or infant is part of the household. Please note that moving in this state may cause the baby in the bassinet to disappear.
Hi there! It’d be great if you could be add a bit more information. Have both the tolder and the crib disappeared? Or do you have the toddler but not the crib or viceversa? I’ve looked around the internet for possible solutions for the time being. so that you can keep playing while the devs take notice of the bug. It seems like other people have had similar issues and were able to fix it following these steps:
Travel to another lot, then comeback. Some people report the tolder and crib seems to reappear after coming back from another lot.
Babies seem to age after a day without notification to the player. If the baby is born at night, they will age up in a matter of hours, thus it becomes a toddler and the crib disappears.
Some people also reported a bug where their family was wrongly evicted and listed as such in the neighbours family menu, which somehow caused the crib dissappearing glitch.

Hi @KakThicc, as explained above, families with newborns or infants shouldn’t be able to move residences. It seems this issue occurred because of that.
Since the related hotfix was applied yesterday, I’ll go ahead and close this topic. Please report again if you encounter any further issues.
