Staircase coloring not fully applied

Problems:

• When coloring staircases, the top step remains unchanged. This only appears to happen when the staircase is attached to a house with a raised foundation. I do not see this issue with staircases placed inside of homes.
• The stair wall color does not persist when leaving build mode and reloading the savefile.

• Game Version: 20251030.8384.W

• Platform: Steam windows

• Mods: removed

• Steps to Reproduce:

  • Staircase Top Step Color Not Applied:
    • 1. Create a new build mode save file.
      2. You will see the default build mode property has staircase at the front and back of the house, both have the top step color mismatch and is not changeable.
  • Staircase Wall Color Missing:
    • 1. Create a new build mode save file.
      2. Add a staircase and color the wall part.
      3. Save. Exit. Then reopen the savefile. The staircase wall will no longer have the color applied.

In the screenshot below the staircase should be all black but the color is not applied to the very top step.

In the screenshot below, the staircase wall has a color according to the UI but the staircase wall does not have the color applied. This happens only when reloading a savefile with a colored staircase wall.
