  • **Steps to Reproduce: **
    When trying to free drag using alt in build mode on furniture items, like the tops of desks, it does not work, stuck snapping in place.

    Doing Kpop dancer/singer career and while I was at work one day, every NPC had the need to sleep red bed zzz bubble above their heads and were all fighting to sleep on the couches. Not sure if I can recreate, but seems bad.

    Was unable to eat one time at the same career location. Clicked to eat bibimbap on the fridge in the staff lounge and the action bubble did the circle over and over like 7-8 times before it just kind of stopped and then said you can’t do that right now. No one was using fridge, nothing in the way and my inZoi was REALLY HUNGRY.

    Not sure if this is intentional, but washer, sink, and toilet were dirty, and clicking on them did not offer me to clean them. They got cleaned when I mopped, just think that’s weird if that’s intentional.

    I bought some furniture and my character thinks it’s uncomfortable, but there’s no indicator how comfy things are when you buy them. Wish there was some way to see the difference instead of guessing based on if it’s more expensive.

    Sorry some of these are more suggestions than bugs, but the first three are definitely bugs and maybe fourth.

    :round_pushpin: This happened 11/4/2025 - I attached a video where I’m trying to move freely on the table and it’s still snapping in place. It works fine for me on the floor. Swear I am pressing alt.
    I can send other examples if I’m able to recreate later… kind of specific situation hard to recreate.

Was able to recreate although this time they are all hungry somehow.

Wait this is a bug? I’ve never been able to freely place an object on tables, dressers, counters, etc. They always snap to defined slots on the table even when using alt.

Number 1: Alt-placement doesn’t prevent snapping for objects placed on tables, desks, dressers, etc. This is by design and not a bug.

Number 4: Yes, not being able to clean certain objects directly, but by cleaning the floor next to it, is intentional and not a bug. Not sure if they are planning on adding “clean” interactions to these objects in the future, but for now, that is now it goes.

Numbers 1, 4-5 should be Wishlist entries.

No, it’s not a bug. This is by design.
