    • Platform: Steam Windows

    • Mods: Active (“Inzoi Stability and Performance Config by Alorro” and “No Auto Change Clothes- Sports & Beaches by kippjett”)

    • Hardware Specifications & Operating System: Win11, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, AMD Radeon Graphics, AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics, 32GB RAM, 477GB Storage

    • Steps to Reproduce: Open Inzoi, Press Continue, Choose latest save, crashes in loading screen. Also happens if I load an auto save.

  • Please provide the entire save file(s) from the date when the issue occurred.

    I would upload a screen recording, but it is too large, even after compressing into a ZIP file.

@jcoppersmith93 I can’t open your autosave file with my setup either. Game crashes after loading for a few seconds. Do you happen to have the main save file still? The whole save file folder would be even better. You can also send it here as ZIP file (here’s how to do that: How to Send User Files to The inZOI Team (Updated))

I’m experiencing the same problem as them. When i choose a save and try to launch the game my game just crash in loading screen without any error message. Any idea on how to repair it ?

The exact same thing just happened to me. It happened in my previous save file, and I thought it was a problem with the December update, so I created another one, but it just happened again. I try to load a save file, the loading screen appears, then suddenly the spinning blue circle stops, and the game crashes. It’s impossible to play like this.

Did you try loading the “main save file” only or are the “auto save files” of those also not working? (only available if you have auto-saves enabled)

EDIT: In both cases, please upload the affected save files / the save file folder (with zip) here, so the dev team can use them to detect the issue. Thank you.

I’ve checked my autosaves and they’re working, but I accidentally saved over the corrupted save, so I can’t send it. This is the second time this has happened and it will probably happen again, so I’ll send it to you.
