Bathroom gauge drops really fast, even with 0.4.5

    13th Gen Intel(R) Core i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz
    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
    192 Gb Ram, 4TB NVmE with 2.2tb left.

  • **Steps to Reproduce: **
    Wake up at like 6:30, go to the bathroom and keep going until your gauge is full.
    Play normally, and your gauge will be near 1/3rd already by noon.

So yeah, I would think that unless you have food poisoning or some kind of sickness that once you fill the bathroom gauge you should be okay for at least 12 hours. Of course it’s a bit different than real life where you’d typically go #1 let’s say 4 times a day. And #2 once a day.. But in a game it feels a bit too much.

To note that prior to having the needs changed in patch 0.4.0 this was a non-issue.
