Add recessive traits (genetics that skip a generation)

It would be great if we can eventually get a sort of hidden genetics (i.e: recessive traits). It would mean inZOI will need to track a random set of traits that aren’t expressed in the next generation but instead the one after.

Example:

  • Grand Mother - Has red hair
  • Daughter - Does not have red hair but carries the gene for red hair and passes it to her child.
  • Grand Daughter - Has red hair

I’d love that. One of my newest toddlers has really dark skin even though both of his parents don’t. It’s probably a small bug in the skin tone variation but since this is quite possible in real life, I think it’s cool and will stick with it.

I agree, I would like a realistic genetic system.
