  • Error Message: Unexpected crash without warning

  • Details: Hello inzoi team and everyone, I’m a player from China and I really love this game. Below I’ll describe the problem I’ve encountered. I purchased it on Steam on December 23rd, installed 21 mods, but all were downloaded from inzoi’s built-in platform. I only downloaded clothes and Zoi presets, nothing else random. After downloading, I started playing and played continuously for 4 hours, then went to eat. When I came back and reopened the game, it crashed without warning in less than 5 minutes. On the lobby page, garbled text appears while waiting, lasting about 5-6 seconds before crashing. After repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve reached a conclusion: every time after reinstalling, the first time I enter the game, no matter how long I play, there are no problems and no lag. However, every time I enter the game from the second time onwards, it will definitely crash. inzoi team and everyone, this is the problem I’ve encountered. If anyone knows what’s causing this, please leave a comment. I’ll reply promptly when I see the message. Thank you.

To add to that, I just increased the virtual memory from 16GB to 32GB, and there were no issues during gameplay. However, after exiting and re-entering the game, while waiting in the lobby for about 1 minute, garbled text appeared and the game crashed.

Unfortunately mods often cause problems.

Have you tried uninstalling them?

In the game, the app always crashes before I can click to disable the mod. Thank you for your method, I’ll try deleting the mod from the folder.

Like @mialuce66 said, it’d be best to delete all mods. Due to yesterday’s issues with the color wheel on certain CC, I think it’s fair to say mods aren’t very stable atm. If there are certain mods you love too much to not use for a while, maybe download them one at a time and see if everything works for each mod individually.
