Furniture received from the Halloween event only appears in Build Mode and not when playing as a new Joy.
Even if I save and install a build preset, the event furniture doesn’t apply.
Why is this happening?

We have to do this over and over again for each family. I have no idea why -.-
Seems the same for the Christmas deco.
I got the 5 parcels but a lot of stuff was still missing, so I went to the stall to buy more of them but it was closed 
I wish we just got them in build mode, at least as an option for those who don’t think this is fun.
