Steps to Reproduce: Not Sure
I found a group of Inzoi trapped in a non-accessible building shell near the new business lot: 2234 Sunset Harbor Wei.
I was able to rescue one of them, my playable Inzoi. However, the others remain trapped and slowly dying 
The rescue function only teleports them a short distance, unfortunately inside the building still.
Had to use goHome cheat to save my Inzoi.

If you send your save file it can be easily resolved by the “Inzoi team.”

Can you use ‘edit public lot’ to remove the building or a part of it?

So I tried editing the public lot and street in front. Unfortunately, neither were able to hit that exact spot to remove anything.
I even thought the Business lot next door would free them after bulldozing the whole area.
I think because the building was not intended to be edited in anyway, it remains out of bounds. Sort of just an empty building shell for display.

Is it similar to the bug mentioned in this thread which should’ve been solved with the latest patch? Zois getting stuck on the edge of the business lot

I would say sort of, but different.
The other thread/post you provided has Inzoi’s stuck within an editable lot. Could remove built objects and even use rescue tool and they should move to safety.
Mine are stuck in a place that can’t be edited or accessed. Within a building that is either unfinished or not meant to be accessed. No entrance/exit, in fact an invisible wall keeps them stuck within.
The building is quite big, so rescue tool just pushes them deeper into the building.

I used your save file and was able to fully reproduce the bug. Your female Zoi was stuck in the inaccessible building, barely able to move even a few inches. Same happened to random other Zois who even spawned there.
To the devs: You can see the exact location / bugged building coordinates in the screenshot.
Only way to get her out was with “teleport (home location)”.

Thank you for testing it as well.
While my Iznoi can survive this ordeal and be the final girl… I can’t leave the rest to suffer hoping for a solution to save them all!
