When a Zoi has the icon indicator to give birth, they should be able to go to the hospital, click on the building and select an option to “give birth”. The pregnant Zoi should then disappear into the rabbit hole and come out several hours later (add an option to skip of course) with a baby in a carrier.
Other Improvements
Ultra Sound - Gender: Add an option on the Hospital building to check the gender of the baby. This should be an option half way through the Zoi’s pregnancy.
No Automatic Cribs: Cribs should not automatically spawn in the house. Instead there should be a “new parents” package at the door that contains the crib and some other items. Also cribs should be available as a build mode item. Some players would like to decorate a baby room before a baby arrives.
yeah, I’d love that, even if the hospital is a rabbit hole. Have the mother zoi give birth in the hospital and the father automatically accompany her like in sims 3, he could get nervous about her.
Absolutely agree. The new parents package should arrive when they find out their pregnant. When I used to play Sims, I had a pregnancy mod by Panda Sims and this was really incredible. You could have the baby at the hospital or at home. There were scheduled obstetrician visits (even if these were rabbit holes) as well as getting a midwife/doula to come to your home for home birth. Inzoi has so much potential and hopefully there will be these updates. As of now, the changing tables are just decor items as well as toddler high chairs, bouncy chairs and no crib for the toddlers (they automatically sleep on the floor)
