Reporting multiple bugs in one thread makes it very difficult for the inZOI team to organize them, so I suggest you separate them 
Here are existing threads which deal with the bugs you mentioned. Please feel free to add your feedback and opinion to them. This increases the visibility of each topic for the devs:
Crash in build mode (brush tool): Game crash after Update
Canvas limitation: no specific thread, so please open a new one for this topic in the Wishlist category, since it’s not really a bug
Zoi needs blocked: Sleep Need Won’t fill
Hunger need reduces too fast on48 minutes
Lag & General Latency: In case there are specific issues you want to report, please do so in new threads. You could also take a look at this one which sounds very similar: Major Performance Regression After December Update
