I would like to have the option to have plastic surgery at the hospital. I would like to be able to edit my zoi appearance without interfering with their genetics. For example if I create a zoi with a large nose. Have him/her get plastic surgery to reduce the size of the nose but their offsprings still have a big change of getting that big nose.
I would like the option to modify my zoi face and body at the hospital and have to paid some type of fee to do it.
Another life simulation game had the option to do the editing of your character yourself for a higher fee or have the option for the game to do it randomly at a lower fee and if you chose the cheapest option everything could go wrong.
But I will be happy with just a simple option to modify your zoi face and body at the hospital and have to pay a fee.

I like the idea for sure. In the short-term, the option to get plastic surgery for a fee at the hospital could enable us to adjust the body of the zoi. I can’t remember if the normal edit appearance lets us do that, or if it’s possible with the customzoi cheat. But it would be an interesting option to get plastic surgery for face or body at the hospital for a fee.
As for the genetics component…
The first thing is the improved genetics system the devs are planning for this year’s development. Right now, the current genetics simulation has some flaws. It can give great results, but it all depends on the parents. The mother can pass hidden hideous features to her sons, and the father can do the same to his daughters. It has to do with the gender-swapped version of the parent’s skull.
When they get the improved genetics system, hopefully we’ll have recessive genes, and then the devs could do something with storing the genetic face vs. the modified face.

I do agree with you about genetics. But I still want an option to have plastic surgery at the hospital:)
