Steps to Reproduce: Hire an employee for the business, chat some, ask their profession (potentially outside of work, details below)

My character has been working with a new employee for a few days, and she does great work, etc. so my zoi had a quick chat with hew one night after shutting down the cafe. I decided to ask about her occupation.
Usually, when you ask an NPC about their job and they are unemployed, there’s text above their head that reads something like, “I’m between jobs right now.” This NPC said something like, “You want to know about my job. Well…” so I had to check the relationship log to see what the answer was.
Notice the relationship log entries, too. The two most recent ones had to do with complimenting the new employee, and then complimenting her work after another fantastic day. The relationship log’s entry mentions the team, so it’s clear the compliment was about work.
Here she is listed as my employee.
I don’t know what would happen if I ask the same question of my next employee when he is at work. I will try that and follow up.
