Hello,

Since yesterday, I can no longer launch my game. This is very frustrating because I’ve played this save for over 200 hours to build my city.

The game launches, but the problem occurs when I select “continue” and click on my current save—the game closes at the loading screen after 10 seconds.

However, the game still appears to be running on Steam, to the point that when I close Steam, I have to wait for the game to shut down…

There was also a crash guide pinned with things you could try, but I don’t know where it went ö.ö

Did you update anything lately? Graphic drivers or sth like that?

@will62 can you please test it with a new game save? In addition, please upload the game save file that isn’t working here please. I’ll then put it in my game to check what kind of issue it might be.

Hello and thank you for your replies.

I verified the game files in Steam, they are fine.

I tried launching another save, the problem is the same.

I’d be happy to send you the latest save, but the issue is that the file, even zipped, is larger than the 30MB limit possible.

The file size is an issue for quite a few users, so here’s the official guide on how to send the files directly to the devs: How to Send User Files to The inZOI Team (Updated)

Would you please let us know the specs of your setup by filling in the report form from when you started this thread? It’d be a big help for the devs once they get to read this thread in combination with your save file sent in.

Hello.

I still don’t have the ability to play due to the problem.

Steam replied to me that it’s not a Steam game so… nothing to do with them.

I did read how to send a file larger than 30 but it says this:

So how do I receive the automated email and reply to it?

Hello

I can’t attach a file larger than 30MB and mine is bigger, even when zipped.

I still can’t play.

Do I need to reinstall the game and how do I put my save file back in after reinstalling if I save it?
