Details: Bug Report: Market Stand Transactions Failing (No Money Received)
Title: Unable to earn money from Market Stand - Customers leave after haggling or items disappear without payment.
Description: I am experiencing a critical bug with the Market Stand. I cannot earn any money from selling items (Gems, Crafted Pumpkin Heads, Fish and ETC). The issue occurs in two different scenarios:
1. Haggling/Bargaining Issue: When a customer offers a price and I click āAgree/Accept,ā the customer does not take the item. Instead, they stand still for a moment and then walk away. No transaction is completed.
2. Direct Purchase Issue: When a customer shows interest and takes an item directly from the stand, the item disappears from the table, but no money is added to my balance.
Expected Result: 1. When agreeing to a price, the customer should take the item and pay immediately. 2. When an item is taken from the stand, the corresponding money should be added to my total balance.
Actual Result: Customers walk away without buying after an agreement, or items disappear without giving any money. I cannot make any money from the Market Stand at all.
Did I do something wrong? It feels like my bug reports are being ignored by the developers. Iām really upset right now because my āZoiā canāt sell anything. Iād appreciate some help with this.
Most of the bug reports get ignored these days, even those bugs that are experienced by many players.
And barely anything gets added to the known issues list either.
I donāt know why.

I just tested selling through market stands with one of my save files. Hadnāt done it in quite a while, but it worked. Itās still as difficult as when the feature was first introduced. I have experienced the issue with āwalking away after hagglingā but thatās been an issue since the feature launched. I got the money whenever a trade happened / when another Zoi took an item off of the stand.
EDIT: Hereās a screenshot of when the first customers showed up + one after the first sale. They only bought a branch for 1 Meow, but you can see it added to the money on the bottom right.
Thank you very much for the test. What Iāve encountered is that when the negotiation dialogue box pops up, people often negotiate and then just walk away. Previously, after I accepted the negotiated price, they would always take the item at that lower priceāthey never walked away before. I havenāt tried waiting for a customer to buy at the full price on their own yet, as it seems quite difficult and the chance of that happening feels very slim.
I stopped using them since Cahaya.
Itās too much work and hardly work well even when it does not bug out.
Before Cahaya it was not interactive, but you could put a stand in front of your house and let the items slowly sell. (and Zois would come visit them on your property, which meant you could start a conversation with them if you wanted to.
Depending on how you play, it was arguably a better system.
That said, I hope they fix itā¦
Surprised to see people still like that mechanic as I never see anybody using them anymore.
