Hello!
At Dowon Apartments Gaya 102, there appears to be no outdoor trash bin available.
Because of this:

characters try to take trash outside,
-
but have nowhere to dispose of it,
-
which causes actions to get stuck and disrupts normal gameplay.
It seems that this lot is missing an external trash container.
