Can zois work 5 day weeks

It seems like there’s never enough money made for my zois with the 3 day work weeks. Full time work should be 5 days and part time should be 3 or 4 days

From my perspective as a union member, that would be a step backward :slight_smile: I think you earn enough with three days. There are plenty of other sources of income anyway.

I agree with both of you.
But being able to pick how many days we work would be nice, like the 3 are forced, but you can plan more from the schedule, if you want.

Or to resurrect an old idea of mine, being able to work/combine 2 jobs, say for Bliss Bay :

  • Blue Moon Soft, Mon-Wed-Fri, 09h00 - 18h00
    with
  • Themis & Jones Law Firm, Tue-Wed-Thu, 09h00 - 15h00

Now in the example above, there’s a conflict on Wednesdays.
Solution would be to drag each of the job’s schedule back or forward
Such that on Wednesdays, you’d go to Blue Moon Soft from 09h00 to 13h00 then schedule the Themis job from 13h00 to 18h00

I love the idea of having 2 jobs, but the simpler option to modify the number of days would do if nothing else.

For me, they are more than enough, for now, having started with rich parents :grinning_face: , who are now dividing their money among their children. Furthermore, some make really good money with paintings, especially with “paint with your soul”.

But it would be nice to be able to choose. And it would be nice if in our commercial activities employees could work on different shifts.

I’d love to have the option to choose how many days my Zois should be working. Maybe even include the option to work from home. The daily tasks could pop up, maybe even 2x as many, which would come down to 4 tasks per home office day :thinking:

Having an option would be the best for my way of playing too.
All my Zois have made up jobs and I’ve never tried a career because it would interfere with my story telling.
But with having a choice and the opportunity to work when and how often they want, I’d love to look into the careers (at least for a while).
