Just like @Samuriko explained, this is an awesome cheat. In my save files it has been working since release in March last year up to today. I never had to worry about any Zois dying of age after applying it once to them. I highly recommend it.

You donât need to apply it to their ID.
When youâre in a family, you select the Zoi that you donât want to age (be careful, it doesnât matter if itâs selected on the Zoi tab, it has to be the one whose avatar appears on the interface, the one being played at that moment) and the cheat only works for that Zoi. I sometimes made mistakes for this reason, because I had the Zoi selected in the Zoi Tab but not as the played Zoi.
Iâm not sure if I explained myself well.
I donât think itâs written anywhere, I tested it at the beginning and saw that it works this way.
