  • Error Message: White screen on the phone in the vehicle purchase section

Could you try to switch to another household (and maybe also in another city) and try if these Zois can buy a vehicle? To see if it’s a problem with your Zoi or the whole game.

I created two different zois, I changed cities I still have this problem

This is so weird, I tried in different worlds in different households and it works everywhere.

You could try to verify your gamefiles via steam or reinstall the game (make sure to backup your files you want to keep before doing this).

I checked the files, I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still the same

Has anyone else had this problem?

Does the game’s technical team review the bugs we report?
