Feedback for the INZOI Team – Gratitude and Suggestions for Cahaya

First of all, I’d like to thank the INZOI team for giving much-needed representation to the Southeast Asian community through the beautiful world of Cahaya. It’s incredibly meaningful to see a virtual version of my country represented to the world, and you’ve done an amazing job capturing the essence of Indonesia especially Bali.

From the road designs to the architecture, transportation, and overall atmosphere, Cahaya feels authentic and alive. You’ve truly nailed the vibe, and it’s heartwarming to see elements of our culture and landscape reflected in such detail.

That said, while I absolutely love Cahaya, there are still a few areas that feel like they’re missing or need improvement regarding Quality of Life (QoL) features and gameplay depth.

Some Suggestions & Areas for Improvement:

  • Zois Feel Too NPC-like: Interactions between Zois often feel stiff or robotic, even within families. I’d love to see more dynamic, emotional, and realistic communication—something that gives Zois more life and personality.

  • Playable Jobs – Not Just Rabbit Holes: One of the features I was most excited about was playable careers. It was disappointing to see that many jobs are still rabbit holes. Please consider adding at least 4–5 active, fully playable careers in Cahaya. Some ideas:

    • Resort Management – Own, run, or work as staff at the resort.

    • Yoga Instructor – Especially fitting given the setting.

    • Tour Guide – A great opportunity for storytelling and interactivity.

    • Surf Instructor, Cafe and Bar Staff, or even Artist-in-Residence could all be creative, hands-on roles suited to Cahaya’s setting.

  • World Feels a Bit Empty: While the world is gorgeous, it does feel a bit sparse. Adding more community lots would help it feel more vibrant. Some ideas:

    • A beach club

    • A nightclub or lounge

    • More cafés or bars

    • Local markets or artisan spaces

  • Residential Housing Options: Right now, outside of the resort, housing in Cahaya is pretty limited. It would be great to have more variety especially homes that reflect the lived-in beauty of local neighborhoods.
