Auto Save may be crashin gth egame when I am building

    • Platform: (Steam windows / Steam Mac / Mac) : Steam

    • Mods: (Choose one: never used / removed / active)

    • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…):slight_smile: AMD Ryzen 5 5500, 16.0 GB, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    • Steps to Reproduce: 1st my Zoi could not enter a roomWhen I am in build mode I get a pop up error message and then a preset loads that is missing an image. The game then freezes and crashes. When I retarte the game and trie dto go into build mode It told me that I had partially saved data. I was a bit irritated becauseb none of my work was saved. Out of curiosity I updated the lot with the preset with no image and the property did load with all the work I had done. I then saved teh build immedialty and deleted teh file preset eith no image to it. That seemed to stop the issue. But if I build to long it eill probably happen again.

    • I builtin other cities(apartments} and this dd not happen . Not sure if it is just Cahaya or that lot.

  • Which lot in Cahaya did it happen to? Please let us know the “address” (shown in the upper left corner of your screen)
  • What does the pop-up message say? If possible, please provide a screenshot here
  • Can you please check if the mods you listed as removed are not in the game folder anymore? Here’s how to do that:
