@NyushaDm hopefully not, but that would explain why there is a fundamental disconnect between what my problem actually is and what it is being perceived to be. For example:
There is no invisible items blocking anything
I am not using presets
I didn’t craft anything
I did not receive any error message
What essentially happened was anything that I bought in build mode before the patch was deleted. The apartment was essentially reset to whatever it came with.
My Zoi is poor, so now she needs to go back to work to re-purchase all of her lost items. Hopefully they don’t get deleted again in the next patch!
We understood that you have not used a preset but placed some furniture in Dowon Villa.
After the update, the property with new furniture is supposed to be automatically saved as a whole lot due to property standardization, and should be able to be checked on the ‘Auto Saved > Property Presets’ category. (Please refer to the notice here)
Property with new furniture is supposed to be saved automatically like the image below.
The property will be automatically saved as a preset after the update, and this may have caused it to appear as if previously placed items were removed or reset.
Could you please confirm whether the issue occurred after placing an auto-saved preset? Then we would have to check on this matter again. Thank you for the detailed explanation.
