Details: My game is lacking NPC Inzoi population suddenly. Pretty much a ghost town on the streets. Anyone else having this issue? Typically would see some Inzoi passing the played household, so odd.
Did you check if the population slider in the in-game city management is set to the highest possible amount still? 
Yes maxed out.
I started a new save and it seems to be fine. So I think something is wrong with my original save 
I understand that it’s impossible to play like this, but it looks so beautiful and peaceful! 
Just a “textbook error”! I would save this file just in case, so I could repeat this experience from time to time 
Yep, same issue. I know the density was reduced in the December update, but it’s practically a ghost town now other than a handful of lots.
That’s what I’m wondering because last time I played was around the Halloween update and NPC activity was increased.
Came back a few days ago and it seemed dead…
I thought it was something to do with my settings. I increased the number of zois in the city, and that helped a bit, but now my zoi is struggling to make a profit in her coffee shop because of the lack of customers.
