Yesterday, I spent half a day in the game downloading various add-ons from CurseForge and Canvas, and everything was working well. In the late afternoon, I wanted to download a few items from Canvas, but as I noticed today, they had not been downloaded. Today, I tried to download them again while in the game, but all the items were added to the queue, and it showed that they would be downloaded when I entered the game (I was already in the game). However, there was no space in the queue, and the items were not downloaded. I tried to log out and log back in, but nothing worked.

I will also attach a screenshot with the number of my items:

Here’s proof that nothing is being downloaded:

I’m not sure if you need the save files, but I’ve included them. If you need any other files, please let me know!

It’s been 3 days, but nobody cares about my problem anyway… :frowning:

Hi @soloveypolina,

Could you please confirm whether your game account and Canvas account are using same accounts/emails? Thank you.

Additionally, we recommend refreshing your browser and trying again. If the issue still persists after trying this, please let us know.

Hi! Yes, I double-checked it again on purpose. I logged out and logged back in, and it’s the account I play on. The problem still hasn’t been resolved, the objects aren’t downloading. I haven’t been in the game for two days, and the queue reset, now it’s building up again :slight_smile:

i have the same problem with the canvas and mods not working. it keeps saying im offline

i have the same problem and also the mods are not working

Hello @soloveypolina,
We have checked your log and it appears that the download was completed successfully. Could you please check whether the content is visible in-game?

Additionally, there is a possibility that the download may not complete properly if your local PC storage is full, so we would appreciate it if you could also check your available storage space.

Hi @fannamariedii72,
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? It would help us investigate the issue further.

Thank you.

Hello, I’m taking the liberty of replying to you because there’s no tutorial regarding the use of functional mods on Canvas. If these are objects and not clothing, for them to be functional you need to get them from the Furniture Preset and not from Craft where they are bare without parameters… So if that’s your case, get them from Furniture Preset and they will work without any problem.

Hello. No, nothing appeared in the game. I recorded a video for you from start to finish showing that the account is correct and how the loading isn’t happening.

The file is too heavy, so I moved it to Google:

Hi @soloveypolina, could you please change the accessibility of the Google Drive link to ‘anyone with the link’ so that we can get access to it? Thank you!

@AR_Flora I apologize, I’ve already fixed it. You can watch now

@soloveypolina Thanks for the swift response! Could you also confirm whether your local PC storage is full or not?

@AR_Flora

I think they’re not filled in. Game is on D: drive.

@AR_Luna @AR_Flora

What do you say?

I’m not sure if this will help or not, but I had the same issue when downloading houses that use mods. I switched my browser to Mozilla (I think it could work with others too like Google Chrome or Brave) and enabled a VPN. As for clothes that won’t download, I download them separately, and then I download the set I liked (meaning the mods are installed and the textures apparently just load, and the set) sometimes it doesn’t apply automatically either. But of course, it’s interesting to see what the developers will say

Canvas fails to display “Included MODs”
