cant download a mod from canvas

i cant dowload a mod from canvas even i f i click on the blue icon it doesnt open.

what the hell is going on ?

Hello there =)
I’ve tried to reproduce your issue but failed. When downloading one of the outfit presets from canvas starting page, I was able to download the mods it contained without any problems.

Does the issue persist even after today / yesterday’s newest patch?
Have you tried verifying the game files via Steam? If you haven’t done this before, here’s how to do it → How to verify your game viles via steam

hi thx for your try idk am new to the game so i did the nessesary things and even from curseforse i can subribe but thats all yes i have done this no luck and sometimes the game crash too when hit download

Are you trying to download from canvas in-game or through your browser? Can you please check if you’re logged in with your inZOI account while trying to download? Is the account you’re logged in with linked to your Steam account / are you logged in via Steam?

yes both and yes all this is setted up i logged in on the website whit my steam account also ingame computer browser any other mods true nexus and mods section ingame on the left if game started up are working but its the actual canvas ingame pc\tablet and curseforge mods that doesnt work i hit download but its stay saying downloading and comes under download tab but when i go out and back in its gone i have to do it again

So neither CC (canvas outfits, etc.), nor curseforge mods are working at all? Can you please try to disable your antivirus program, then download a random outfit from canvas. Let us know if that changed anything.

The only thing left to do, that comes to my mind, is doing a re-install of the whole game :thinking: You should make a backup of your save files if you want to keep them, of course.
