The devs have included a in-game translation report form with the latest major update v0.8.0. Here’s a short guide on how to use it:

After the recent, major update v0.8.0, you are now able to report translation bugs directly in the game. Here’s a screenshot I made for you from the official patch notes:

Yeah no, I won’t use that system, it requires three (3) hands to press control+alt+shift+f9 and left click on my mouse at the same time…

Yeah, I get it. But you “only” have to click ctrl+shift+f9, this changes the cursor permanently until you click on the text you want to change. It’s tedious, but just wanted to let you know because I thought it was a weird combo at first too. Turns out, at least we don’t have to click while holding all the buttons xD
