  • Details:

After one of the recent updates, the graphics became blurry and pixelated around the edges of objects, furniture, walls, plants, water, reflections, and lighting. A fix was released, but it did not solve the issue for me.

The problem appears both close-up and from a distance. Even when the camera is idle, object edges can become blurred or pixelated. I also noticed unstable/incorrect lighting and reflections, especially around the pool and illuminated areas.

My graphics settings are set to High, and the issue still happens with high settings enabled. Before the update, the image looked sharper and more stable.

I attached screenshots showing the blurry/pixelated edges, lighting artifacts, and reflection issues.

I have the same issue I don’t know what they did but the graphics are bad pixelated and blurry I went back to their birthday update and my game looked how it should look with ultra settings I hope they patch it up because it’s upsetting :sob:

heh, I play like this now, I’ve already stopped paying attention to the graininess, but I’m really really waiting for a fix

Unfortunately we’re experiencing the same problem it’s due to the game engine.

@HeinziDerHeld He had answered before. :frowning:

Guys! This blur went away when I disabled the “global illumination method” in the graphics settings, and the ray tracing method was disabled accordingly as well.

I don’t think that’s a good solution. This is a problem that isn’t solved by such a “patch” as disabling “global illumination method”. @HeinziDerHeld already explained what this is related to. I believe we shouldn’t close this topic.

Since it’s a technical topic there’s no problem with closing it. I had already started the main topic here, we can continue from there. @anaeun @leeloorussia :folded_hands:

Okay, let’s not close it. But just for comfortable gameplay right now—it still helps somewhat, at least it doesn’t hurt your eyes
