I’m experiencing this issue:

Snow is falling, but it’s not accumulating on the ground. I checked it at all snowfall intensity levels.

Is there no supporting evidence picture or save file?

Thank you very much. I found the problem. I had to remove all mods to check. I’ll try to find which mod is conflicting.

I really feel for you, and good luck with the search. I recently spent half a day looking for mods that affected the game’s global settings.
If you have any of the mods I mentioned in this thread, delete them first: Глючные моды, которые влияют на настройки игры - #8 by leeloorussia

Oh wow, there were 3 hairstyles from this author. While the male ones didn’t really help me, I’m sad about the female one — I downloaded it recently, but oh well, there are plenty of other beautiful hairstyles without it. Thank you so much, now I’ll know. I returned half of the mods, I was blaming some that were really important to me, I checked those first and everything works, but here’s what it turns out to be.
