Details: when some outfit mods are active, snow and city pollution are not displayed neither in gameplay nor in city settings. In gameplay snow falls but doesn’t lie.

Could you please provide a list of the mods you’re currently using, which might cause this issue?
Also, Disclaimer: The mods haven’t been created by the dev team themselves, therefore they can cause bugs, glitches and crashes in the game, especially after official updates. During this Early Access version of the game, it is very risky to use mods, so feel free to disable them at any point to get the best version of the game possible atm 
There are a lot of mods, so I can’t name them all. I tried to turn off some of them and with several city changing worked and with several didn’t. I will pin screenshots with mods with which city changing doesn’t work.

I suspect this might be caused by mods made with the “Wizard” which gives other issues such as gray hair glitch etc. Are the mods highlighted the ones causing you this issue? Try after disabling all mods by the same authors, if the game goes back to normal, I would recomend contacting them via Curseforge!

Hello! No, the issue is caused by clothes mods from different authors. Gray hair glitch I didn’t observe. The problem is only with city changing.
