Unfortunately, I get this same screen EVERYTIME I enter into the integrated curseforge tab. 
I just hope they will listen to us and give us either a response or a solution, but we are a bit abandoned around Curseforge Authors’ discord
It seems our problem is solved I don’t see the uninstall sync screen anymore.
