New Game and Character Studio CAZ have terrible quality compared to in game CAZ

Above: CAZ and Character Studio CAZ. LODs appear lower and the background/lighting is very faded/poor quality.

Above: Character customization entered via customzoi cheat, Edit Appearance and All Families/Create New Family via the in game map. Beautiful graphics, background is darker and lighting has better quality.

Please make New Game and Character Studio have the same quality as the second picture. I’ve noticed this issue starting with 0.9.0. I tried clearing the PSO cache but it changed nothing.

UPDATE: I have partially fixed this issue by deleting my entire BlueClient folder in AppData. The lighting in New Game and Character Studio are no longer quite as bad. However, CAZ continues to look miles better in character customization entered via customzoi cheat, Edit Appearance and All Families/Create New Family via the in game map.

In case anyone else has this problem, I fixed it by deleting Engine.ini and B1GameUserSettings.ini from Local AppData after clearin PSO Cache and picking my graphics settings of choice.
