Try the cheat “emergency rescue stuck Zoe” on the child or mom. If it doesn’t work at home - take them somewhere far away from home, return there yourself so you don’t see the characters, and apply the code from there. Hope this helps

I’m afraid the forum is a bit broken, and I can’t even read your message properly unless I switch the interface to English. But I did switch, read it, just won’t quote messages and add quotation marks - it seems to somehow break the interface.

I can suggest a trip to another city. Send the father there with the child, without the mother. Maybe that will help?

If not - it would be better to post the problematic save file here so the developers can look into it.
