Roofs That Connect

I would love it if separate roof pieces could connect automatically and adjust cleanly where they meet. Creating more complicated roof shapes from several individual pieces is already a lot of work. When gaps, overlaps, or roof sections clipping into each other appear on top of that, it becomes unnecessarily difficult.

The lighting in the Build Studio doesn’t make things any easier either. I don’t understand why neutral lighting isn’t available there. With the heavily tinted lighting, it’s difficult to judge colors, materials, and transitions properly.

Connecting roof pieces and neutral lighting in the Build Studio would make building much more enjoyable.

I didn’t find this post because I was apparently using the wrong search terms. But I suppose it can’t hurt to ask for this again. I really feel like Build Mode has been heavily neglected. Its current state is honestly quite frustrating, and not much has been done for it lately. I also haven’t seen any upcoming changes so far that would actually make building easier.
