City Cherry Trees Clip through Youngsung School's Walls

  • Game Version: 20260727.14099.W

  • Platform: Steam windows

  • Mods: Never used

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): N/A

  • Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set Dowon’s city trees to Cherry trees, or any wide enough tree, in City Appearance settings
  2. Look inside Youngsung School’s cafeteria
  • Details: The branches of the cherry trees you can set in Dowon’s City Appearance settings clip through the outer wall of Youngsung School’s cafeteria.

    • These trees cannot be manually deleted or shifted by the player, so I hope the dev team will adjust this specific tree’s location to work with all the city tree sizes
    • Issue Date: June 19, 2026, High School update
:round_pushpin: Please share the date, error message, or screenshots/videos for issue verification.

Unfortunately, it’s an old problem that has never been solved — trees penetrating through walls. And not just them, but houseplants too.

The trees go through the walls in the school’s bathroom too

It’s these trees

Thank you for reporting this =) Apparently, it’s a widely spread bug now, because this of this older report (and probably a few others which I can’t find right now) → City Cherry Trees Clip through Youngsung School’s Walls

Can someone from the team please merge them?

Hello @kzivkovic1, I’ve merged your post into this thread since it relates to the same issue. Thanks!

Hello everyone (@here), we apologize for the inconvenience. Could you provide us your save files so that we can check on it? Thank you. Instructions can be found here: How to Send User Files to The inZOI Team (Updated) . Thanks!

I’ve sent mine in! Thank you.

Hopefully others have sent theirs in too

I have a question @AR_Luna . I sent in my save folder via reply to the email that requested it, but I’m unsure if it reached the right place from the follow-up responses.

The first email reply from Inzoi Support said, “Your forum post regarding the issue has been forwarded to the InZOI Suport Team. Thank you for your valuable report.”

But then I got a second reply later, “InZOI does not provide customer support via email,” and they directed me to send in a support ticket.

Does that mean it didn’t work, and I have to resend the folder?

Hello @LazyTaco, we received your save file. No worries! Thank you.
