InZOI already has apartment buildings, but currently only one apartment in each building is playable. In the future, I would love to be able to create apartment buildings with multiple playable units.
These apartments could be occupied not only by our Zoi’s household, but also by NPC. This would make apartment buildings feel much more realistic and alive, with actual neighbours living in the same building.
That would be great, but it’s currently difficult due to limited computer performance. Such neighborhoods have a very strong impact on the game, and the developers wrote about this in their stories. That’s why residential areas are spaced quite far apart from each other.
But let’s hope this issue can be resolved one way or another 
Maybe they can make it so only your own residential lot loads beforehand. And to be able to load the property from your neighbours you first need to knock on the door. Then you still see the neighbours outside their lot, see them working or relaxing in the garden or greet them in the hallway of your apartment building. I don’t know if this would solve the performance issue, but it would be really great to actually have neighbours and it would make the world feel more alive and real. Let’s hope the developers find a way
