Here’s the problem. The game was working fine today initially. I wanted to enable the “Smart Zoi” feature. But after enabling it, the game showed me something like “Configuration file is not available to you”, or “File is not available to you”, or something similar. And the feature automatically turned off.
Then I completely deleted all configuration files in AppData — both saves, logs, config, and so on. I also deleted all files in “Documents”.
And now when I launch the game, it loads the cache up to 99% and that’s it. I waited 2 hours and it’s still stuck at 99%.
I deleted the “BlueClient” folder earlier too, I just forgot to mention that I deleted the entire folder, not just the configs and saves.
The problem was solved just now, one time.

And the nvidia cache.
After that I restarted the computer and reinstalled the game. And it launched that way in the end.
But it only launched 1 time, because the game settings were reset to default. I set the game to low graphics, and restarted the game, and now again the loading stops at 99%.(((

Everything is like this, as they are disabled by default. I don’t think this feature is related.

I want to clarify that the problem appeared when loading the game precisely because of deleting the “BlueClient” folder, not because of enabling the “Smart Zoi” feature.
Then try experimenting with the values in the first section of the file. Lower the 4s and 3s by one point each (currently set to ultra, except for shadows) — and you’ll get “quality”. Lower by one more point — and you’ll have “balance”.

However, if I change the graphics settings to minimum, then loading gets stuck at 99% again.
And I noticed that only after changing the settings to “MINIMUM”, the engine.ini file appears, which contains only 1 line about ray tracing. And its value is “0”.
I deleted it. And the game launched with minimum graphics as I had set it before.
The problem was probably in that file. Since the game wouldn’t launch completely right after it appeared.
Now please help me enable “Smart Zones”. When the game came out I was able to enable it. But now the game displays this when I try to enable it.
